TEKAIM / THE SYSTEM
A training system built around clearer feedback
Explore the TEKAIM dry-fire concept and how target-view and motion feedback are intended to work together.
001 / TEKAIM
One repetition, more than one observation
TEKAIM is developing a dry-fire training system with an app that brings target-view feedback and motion-derived action feedback into the same review flow. The two readings answer different questions: where a detectable laser pulse reached a supported target, and what a connected motion device recorded around the action.
This page describes the current product direction and internal-test App. Hardware behavior, compatible equipment and final specifications are still being validated. We will publish confirmed details before sales open.
What the current App experience shows
- Open Training: an internal-test workflow for setup, practice and session review.
- Target view: a camera-based setup flow for a supported target and detected laser events in the prototype.
- Motion feedback: an action score and breakdown derived from available device data. This is separate from target-hit scoring.
- Courses and tutorials: content in the app to explain setup and review common training themes.
- History: a place to revisit recorded sessions where data is available.
The prototype can show incomplete or missing data. A missing reading should remain visibly incomplete, rather than being interpreted as a clean result.
What is still under validation
Real-device connection stability, target and laser detection across real environments, score interpretation, final compatible equipment, packaging and pricing. We do not publish numerical accuracy or improvement claims before those tests are complete.

Safety remains your responsibility
No app or target makes an unsafe environment safe. Follow local law, the firearm and accessory manufacturers’ instructions, and established firearm-safety rules. The NSSF safety rules apply during dry fire as well as live fire.
